Towels, hairdryer, soaps, shampoos and conditioners, all biodegradable, from the PURE brand.
Out of environmental care, we limit housekeeping in the rooms during your stay, and our team never enters an occupied room without your permission. To request housekeeping, hang the housekeeping requested sign on your door: our team will take care of it with care and discretion, only at your request.
We don't pretend to love local
Over time, our local producers have become much more than suppliers: faces, stories, friends. Our cuisine draws on the land, the seasons and whatever arrives fresh, true and without detours.
In the evening, settle in for a dinner that takes its time. A house classic: our pan-seared scallops, perfectly cooked. In the morning, the pleasure continues, with a well-made coffee, a view of the fjord and generous plates like our eggs Benedict with smoked salmon from Henri's smokehouse.
At the bar, the same philosophy: an aperitif and cocktail menu built around mostly Quebec spirits and liqueurs.

An ice machine and a microwave are available on the ground floor, next to the Salle de la Falaise.
If the mood strikes, stop by Resto des Battures. We do things properly there.

A few simple rules, so everyone can fully enjoy the place.
Zero tolerance inside the rooms and outside on the balconies. Thank you for respecting the space.
No parties after curfew. The energy is good, let's keep it gentle.
After 11 p.m., please keep quiet in the common areas and hallways.
Please respect the place, others and yourself.
