Job duties
- Participate in food preparation while respecting quality and hygiene standards.
- Supervise the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Manage inventory and supplies.
- Contribute to menu development in collaboration with the head chef.
- Train and support team members to help develop their skills.
- Ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Receive orders and manage stock.
- Set up, prepare dishes, and provide service.
- Maintain equipment and keep workstations organized.
- Lead, supervise, and replace the chef when needed.
Employment conditions
- Permanent position.
- Work language: French.
- Salary: between $20 and $26.
- Hours per week: 40 hours.
