A story of friendship, first and foremost

Long before the renovations, the business plans, the budgets and the long days of management, there was a friendship.

Les Battures is the result of an entrepreneurial adventure carried by three partners who first learned to know one another, to trust one another and to grow together. Over the years, Simon-Olivier, Stéphanie and Any-Claude have shared far more than projects: successes, challenges, moments of doubt, ideas that were sometimes brilliant and sometimes a little wild, and above all an impressive number of coffees, dinners and conversations that ran much later than planned!

Like any good team, they don't always see things the same way. Thankfully. In fact, that's one of their greatest strengths. Where one sees an opportunity, another sees a risk. Where one dreams big, another builds the road to get there. The discussions can get lively and the opinions are firmly held, but one thing never changes: the deep respect they have for one another.

Over time, they learned that the finest companies aren't built on numbers or strategies alone; they're built with people at the centre of every decision. People who want to succeed together, who put their respective strengths in the service of a shared vision and who move forward convinced that the best projects are never built alone. Three different personalities, three ways of seeing the world, but one and the same drive: to build something they can be proud of, together!

That relationship of trust is reflected today in the culture of Les Battures. Here, employees aren't numbers. Guests aren't simply occupied rooms. Suppliers often become partners, and partners sometimes become friends.

Les Battures is therefore far more than a hotel. It's the reflection of a friendship, a mutual trust and a shared vision: to create lively, warm and authentic places where people feel at home the moment they arrive.
