About the Deputy Chief Position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

We are looking for a sous chef to join our dynamic team with a passion for cooking. If you are passionate about gastronomy and want to evolve in a stimulating environment, this position is for you. <\/p>\n\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • Participate in the preparation of dishes while respecting quality and hygiene standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Supervise the work of the kitchen team to ensure efficient service<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure inventory and supply management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contribute to the development of menus in collaboration with the head chef<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Train and mentor team members to ensure their skills development<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure the smooth running of services and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Receiving orders and managing stocks;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preparation, preparation of dishes and service;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintenance of equipment and maintenance of workstations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Direct, supervise, replace the leader;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      SALARY ADVANTAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
