About the Deputy Chief Position

Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of dishes while respecting quality and hygiene standards
- Supervise the work of the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
- Ensure inventory and supply management
- Contribute to the development of menus in collaboration with the head chef
- Train and mentor team members to ensure their skills development
- Ensure the smooth running of services and customer satisfaction
- Receiving orders and managing stocks;
- Preparation, preparation of dishes and service;
- Maintenance of equipment and maintenance of workstations;
- Direct, supervise, replace the leader;
Desired profile
- Significant experience in the restaurant industry
- Mastery of culinary preparation techniques and service in the kitchen
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Passion for gastronomy and attention to detail

· Salary: depending on the salary range between $20.00 and $25.27 per hour

SALARY ADVANTAGE
– After 12 months of work, access to a health premium based on hours worked, up to $500

Compensation: $20.00 to $25.27 per hour
