Our chef and his team work to create a fine cuisine, highlighting local produce. French inspiration is complimented by the Quebec environment. The restaurant received the Grand Prix du Tourisme Quebecois for the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region in 2007 and is classified as a 3 diamond restaurant by AAA/CAA. Our dinning room “Les Outardes” (The Bustards) offers you a panoramic view over the Saguenay fjord and can seat large groups up to 100 people. The room can be also be divided into two parts for more intimate gatherings. During the winter months, the central fireplace creates a warm, romantic atmosphere.
