Our chef and his team work to create a fine cuisine, highlighting local produce. French inspiration is complimented by the Quebec environment. The restaurant received the Grand Prix du Tourisme Quebecois for the Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean region in 2007 and is classified as a 3 diamond restaurant by AAA/CAA.
Our dinning room "Les Outardes" (The Bustards) offers you a panoramic view over the Saguenay fjord and can seat large groups up to 100 people. The room can be also be divided into two parts for more intimate gatherings. During the winter months, the central fireplace creates a warm, romantic atmosphere.
For dinner our table d'hôte consisting of five courses or our à la carte menu will delight your senses.
We also serve lunch on reservation during the summer months, where our express menu allows you to have a quick and tasty bite to eat before visiting the surrounding area. During the off-season, the dining room is open for lunch for group reservations only.
Everyone will find something to their liking on our breakfast menu. Our Gargantua Buffet is available with a reservation for 20 people or more.
Brunches are served on holiday Sundays (New Year's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, ...) and for reservations for groups of 30 or more.
