By road: L'Auberge des Battures is located 5 hours north of Montreal and 2 hours north of Quebec city. From Montreal you can reach Quebec City by highway #40 East or #20 East, then take highway #175 North to Saguenay. Just before Chicoutimi, take highway #170 East to La Baie, cross the town of La Baie by the #170 now called Boulevard de la Grande Baie. L'Auberge des Battures is located on the right 10 minutes after the town (6295, boul de la Grande Baie Sud).
If you come from the Charlevoix region, follow highway #138 East until St Simeon and take highway #170 West to Saguenay. When you arrive in La Baie, the Auberge des Battures is located on the left before the town.
By Air: L'Auberge des Battures has a big parking lot where a helicopter can easily land. For safety reasons, it is better to inform the front desk of your arrival time.
The Bagotville airport is located 20 minutes (by car) from the Auberge des Battures and can accommodate private aircraft.
Air Canada operates several flights a day between Montreal and Bagotville.
By sea: Due to the tides, it is not possible to land your boat in front of the Auberge des Battures. There is, however, a marina 15 minutes (by car) from the inn. It is called Marina de l'Anse à Benjamin.
